Following Rebirth, Hal Jordan returns to the DC universe. This series marked some major changes in the Green Lantern mythos, particularly in the Sinestro Corp War event which introduced the idea of multiple lantern corps representing a spectrum of colors and emotions. This series also featured the Blackest Night event which showcased the necromantic abilities of the black lantern rising the dead from across the DC universe.
